Thanks to great feedback from users I've fixed a lot of bugs, but I know of one that remains,

Trains that join or divide more than once, or into more than two parts (for example The Caledonian Sleeper to Fort William) are not handled properly. There are direct trains from London Euston to Fort William, but they are missing from this map.

There are probably more problems that I don't know about, but I think the results are good enough to share to that others can help me find bugs. Lots of people have got in touch to tell me that I include stations for which there is no direct service. I've checked about a dozen so far and in every case there are very rare direct services.
