I don't get paid to do the research, thinking, and writing that makes it onto this site. That's okay.

I'm fine just using this as a place to organise and share my thoughts. It's a wonderful bonus to me when people read the site. I'm very happy that an average of 100 people a day find something on here each day.

But sometimes I get criticism for the things I write. I haven't researched thoroughly enough, or I've failed to read previous work, or I've not challenged my biases sufficiently. That's absolutely fine. I prefer criticism to being ignored.

Sadly, I can't justify the time needed to fix those shortcomings without getting paid.
